CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers must provide accurate and print-ready files that meet our specifications. Designs are free, customers may choose any layout they want on our website: westminsterocprinting.com or may provide any designs they like. Customers are responsible for proofreading and approving all content before production begins. Once content and design are approved, order is considered final and is ready for production.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Our order processing initiates once we have received either partial or full payment. To ensure clarity and transparency, we will furnish you with a comprehensive receipt that confirms your order, outlining specifications and pricing details, prior to commencing production. If any alterations to your order become necessary, please submit them in writing, noting that they may incur additional charges. Your satisfaction and precise order execution are our top priorities.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is typically expected at the time of order placement, unless alternative arrangements have been mutually agreed upon and documented in writing. We offer the convenience of multiple payment options, including checks, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle, to accommodate your preferences.
